What about controlling the smoke indoors. Is this to be used under a kitchen exhaust hood? How tall the machine?

Yes, usually a kitchen vent can handle the amout of smoke, the Nano produces pretty will. It's proportional to the amount of beans you roast - but it's also dependend on the roast degree. So the darker, the more roast. With the new chaff collector, height is 45cm. Kind regards Ingo

Great video! since you tested both this one and the Ikawa, what is your recommendation? any Pros/Cons between them? i'm thinking of buying one of the 2 so your help is highly appreciated!

Hi Guy. If you look on the website, I compared some features of the two machine, that I personally find relevant: roastrebels.com/en/coffee-roaster/kaffelogic-nano In particular measuring the BT in Kaffelogic vs. Air inlet temperature in Ikawa and the broader range of capacity of the Kaffelogic. I personally also prefer the roasting style of the Kaffelogic which is closer to a traditional drum style that the very short roast in the Ikawa,... In particular with the Ikawa home, you have to take the additional monthy cost for the App into consideration if you want to use the full potential of the App. The Kaffelogic Software is free to use. And some more. I hope the overview on the website helps a bit.
