Reviews like this help us a lot, and as always, we’re here for anything you need. By the way, the bug in the first shot, where the target pressure of the recipe doesn’t appear, is already noted in our backlog, and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible. We also wanted to clarify that we always list the estimated shipping time for machines on our website, which depends on our order volume. Currently, shipping takes 1 to 2 weeks, as we have all components and base machines in stock. With the holiday season approaching, delivery times might increase slightly, but it will always depend on how busy we are.

Thanks so much for your video. Now my machine has arrived I am faced with a massive step-change in my coffee making skills and knowledge. I found your recommendations for a grinder and tamper helpful, so much so that I have bought the same products. The grinder is particularly brilliant. Sharing your coffee making process has been really helpful too - I would have struggled without it. (imho the existing manual could offer more guidance for complete beginners.) I do think Jorge and his team have a great concept on their hands and I look forward to getting to grips with its potential.

@@colinclements9470 great to hear that. I have some more tips but i don’t have the time at the moment to post a new video. I hope to get to that in the second half of januari. I find the contrast between the Hannemann and the regular 9 bar profile striking. Also the difference between the 9 bar profile with 5,10 and 15 second pre-infusion is striking. Start there with experimenting and I hope to make a new video soon.

Nice to have a non-influencer making a video on this machine, it has been a void for those of us who have been interested in the machine. I was also close to ordering it a couple of months ago but unfortunately I couldn't get a delivery date more than in a couple of months, hopefully. The owners seem to be serious and very nice to have a discussion with, maybe I will buy a machine when their production and delivery times become more certain.

We’ve worked hard to optimize our process, and now we have a steady flow of PCBs and components, which allows us to shorten wait times. Currently, the delivery time is around one to two weeks after finishing each batch of machines. We’d be happy to assist you with getting a machine whenever you're ready-feel free to reach out!
