There you are! Great to see you looking well but sorry to hear life has been bullying you a bit - and there’s only one way to stand up to a bully, kick it’s teeth down it’s throat and throw it out your way 💪🏼. You have a resilience that the modern generation will simply never grasp, don’t forget that and you’re an inspiration to so many, keep trucking brother and good things will happen. Also, you’ve got excellent comedy timing, I don’t laugh easily but you do amuse me, you should explore this more and get yourself on stage, your perspective on life is certainly unique 👍🏼 I’d come and watch you anyway 😄. Made my day seeing you back on KZbin, thanks bud.

Cheers mate really appreciate it, I hope you are doing well? Most of the cuts you see on this edit is me having to get rid of 40000 jokes that Olivia would eye roll at 😂.

Hi Chris. I watched your videos a while ago and really enjoyed them. It was the Covid time, convinced my time was up, terrified.! You helped me a lot then. Thank you. I also am so grateful for Kaftrio. But I am also feeling a bit melancholy for a bit now. Why Im not sure but the psychological hit of Kaftrio does come with downsides. Diabetes, arthritis, eye deterioration, heart too, still there. We are definitely not "cured". I have a great family and TBH a lot to be thankful for but... there's always a but.

I get you. There's always a but. I think part of us maybe didn't expect it would just be business as usual once the sheer excitement wore off. It is a very strange feeling and now some of the chest worry has gone everything else seems magnified whether it's changed or not! Like you said, though, we are still here!

@@ChrisVSCysticFibrosis Absolutely. Still here. I have the shoulder thing too. Used to play a lot of tennis and put it down to serving over the years. Done physio to build up the muscles for 5 months and beginning to get better. I may be wrong, because I have been through the IVF stress, I think that the sheer uncertainty and hope and everything that couples go through doing IVF might be the thing that is really getting you down. It really took over me and my partners life. See that bucket of water, I think the IVF is 80%. If I could wish for one thing right now it would be for a bit of luck for you and your partner.

You've nailed it. IVF is hard to address fully and I think whilst you are in it there's underlying tension even when you don't realise it. It's not like the movies where you magically pop a baby out is it. I can imagine even a good IVF journey is exhausting. I've actually been playing alot of squash lately whilst the weather is bad, I did pick up tennis in the summer so I've probably done the same as you in terms of shoulder!

@Chris Strand I'm OK mate. Exact same as you, struggling to think about the future when I've been so used to thinking I would die young. & since Covid I've been suffering from anxiety 😱😖 . Anyway. I'm alive! Hope you get that wrecking ball in your trousers fixed soon. All the best bro 💪 👍

Sounds like you're doing tons of creative stuff you enjoy though! I've found that a creative outlet helps me through many things. I animate when I'm really stressed. I don't have enough time for that at the moment. Suppose I could play less witcher 3 if I really wanted 😂
