Perhaps something can have a heart or soul if enough human thought is attributed to it. Because we've created so much emotion with the Vocaloids' songs, they've taken on a life of their own from the time we've put into them and the feeling we've conveyed through them. It's like the Little Prince: the love of something and the importance attributed to it will make it significant, even if it was nothing to begin with. Likewise, our enjoyment and contemplation of Vocaloid has brought them to life.

Its not a anime,its a vocal program called Vocaloid . He is part of the Vocaloid2 series. Its pretty much voices with anime mascots. I suggest listening to the vocaloids they have fantastic songs and storys :)

Sometimes I forget these programs of voices aren't actually people, but these emotions that people convey through them makes me feel like they are alive. Sadly I only listen to vocaloid (and Touchou) music, because I get more emotions out of a computer program than real-life rich celebrities trying to sing about their asses and their haters.... maybe listening to only vocaloid isn't so bad

Ahh... Even though Vocaloids are not real human beings, or have a heart or mind of their own, they must still have "feelings" of some sort.. Even though they don't work as human feelings, they must have some. Because I think that to be able to create something beautiful, you need a beautiful heart... And Many of the vocaloid songs bring tears to my eyes, which proves that the songs have feelings in them... Thus, Vocaloid must have a uniqe "Heart" of their own. Anyone that agrees?

He may not have human feelings, but he has a special feeling-like thing in him, since people put their feelings into the songs. Humans are just a kind. They have feelings of heart. Maybe programs don't have feelings of heart, but I think they still have feelings of sort to make these songs.

I've been listening to Kaito-San's version all night and then I listened to this all day. Len-San and Kaito-San, being a human is very hard. You are completely correct + Vocaloid songs are a lot more meaningful than the crap that is today's mainstream music, that usually is about girls, love or something like that.
