They probably killed her, not just because of revenge, but it was to steal her heart. The words "give me some" in the lyrics also gave you a hint because (like you said) they were dolls, however they got abandoned by miku (the owner) and got replaced by the other doll. Miku no longer cared much about rin and len and when they said, "give it to me" or "give me some" they might be talking about, give me some love. So in conclusion, they ripped miku's heart so they can be with her forever. Also when the lyrics said "for sometime, the blade of doubt is fading in and out" this could also mean they were hesitant to kill her and just let her dream with them however, she woke up and she peeped through the blindfold. So in the end she found out it was them (her long lost dolls) and she was scared. Miku no longer trusted them so to prevent the dolls losing her again, they ripped her heart out so her heart can be with them forever, even if she didn't have a choice or not. It all links but this theory might not be official...

until midnight trick or treating by then we had buckets full of candy and I was the only one with a full 10 pound pillow case of candy, oh boy it was super heavy when we had to walk 2 miles back to my house and we stayed up as long as we wanted then my friends spent the night at my house. The reason I had a full pillow case of candy bcuz my outfit was totally awesome and a lot of people who gave out candy were RE fans not typically the older people they had none of the foggiest clue who I was.
