In this song, the most of kanji are wrong. The author used wrong kanji on purpose.
On a Japanese word processor, you type hiragana at first, and then the processor changes hiragana to some kanji. In this process, if the user is careless, wrong kanji are selected.
Such mistakes often happen. However, if there are many wrong kanji in the sentence, the reader think the writer to be a stupid.

0:20, It should be: "Lately always", right? Because I'm sure she says saikin zutto, which means saikin: lately or around this time and zutto: always or forever.

Well technically yes, but "Lately always" doesn't make a whole lot of sense in English. Now that I think of it, it's kind of an oxymoron. Something that's "always" been happening, but only just "lately"? I dunno, I thought it was cumbersome so I left it out.
