19:20 This recovery sequence is *insane*. Hurt is off-stage and is forced to airdodge Acola's first back air, so he gets hit by the second and is sent farther. He tosses a nade up and Cyphers into it to air dodge and catch the grenade at the same time to put himself higher in the air - BUT Acola puts a wall in front of him, so Hurt takes the explosion and *techs* off the wall. *Then* , he realizes he doesn't have enough height to be outside of Acola's range, so he *lands on the stray block* Acola placed earlier to get his double jump back and go higher. For his trouble, he gets back on stage and a quick 44% on Acola. Ridiculous.

@@foke449 That is the most stupid thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. Just because some players aren’t as consistent elsewhere DOESN’T mean they aren’t absolutely amazing at the game. Japan just has a REALLY good player base with a TON of fantastic players. That doesn’t mean the west can’t be just as good or better. I think, currently, top 5 is, in no particular order: SHADIC, Sparg0, Hurt, acola, and Miya. You’ll notice that the top 5 is dominated by Japan, but not exclusively Japanese. (Also SHADIC wasn’t at Kagaribi, so we have no idea how he would’ve performed, but, personally, I think he would’ve made top 8)

@@insan3giraff39I think the top 5 rn (at least by lumirank standards) is something more like acola, miya, shadic, hurt, sonix. Sparg0 has good wins, but his showings at delta and kagaribi especially definitely hurt him. On the other hand, the 5 i mentioned above have consistently had high placings, almost never placing below top 8. The only one who hasn’t won a major yet is sonix, but he’s never placed below 2nd, so he has consistency over sparg0. I think sparg0 still has a chance to make top 5 this season if he performs well this summer.

If he builds too high, Snake can just fly up and spam projectiles down, if the wall is too short, Snake grenade will hit the head hitbox part of Steve. And Steven cant do the FTilt spam against Snake as long as Snake prepared some grenades before
