I dont play kagura but I think she deserves a collector skin more than other heroes. There's just so much potential to play with effects wise, and she is not element based unlike vale, valir and kadita.

The cherry witch one is definitely worth it, the skill effect is just georgeous and the design change too. Unlike special skin nowadays that only change the color of skill effect. Heck her special skin cherry witch can be considered epic skin judging by just how good the skill effect looks

Disappointing that Soryu Maiden is not included on the ongoing Star Wars Event because even tho it's an old skin, its effects are still good. As for the Summer skin, I didn't bother to get it. Getting tired of moonton nerfin skin skills fx. Sure it looks very nice and almost as good as the epic skin now, but trust me. In the future, we'll be surprised at the sudden nerf of its fx. And man, the Annual Starlight skin, Water Lily is still the best in my opinion. Soryu Maiden's fx is cool but it's like all blue making it bland. Water Lily's fx are just more detailed.
