TQQ and Kaguya-sama have an imouto similarity. Itsuki is Uesugi's 1st love, but Itsuki's is not Fuutarou's 1st love. (Hatsukoi) Uesugi is better than Fuutarou. Fuutarou gets only Yotsuba. Uesugi gets Itsuki. Yotsuba x Fuutarou Itsuki x Uesugi. Look up r/ItsUesugi. Similarly, Kei x Moeha = Itsuki x Uesugi, a double imouto ship.
