I remember when Bailey was at Leverkusen and during the winter break instead he stayed with his team he came to Jamaica for Ysain Bolt b/day party. Well he spent the rest of the season mostly on the bench. I guess it is the mindset of these Jamaica Ballas to just party all the time.

Bailey need to adjust himself to the right level and consistently play a leadership role cause he already play in one of the top league in the world. It's a good point about players not being challenged and level lowered but it can't save them from bench or criticism so they have no excuse to drop your level of performance if not injured or sick. Train hard and play hard no detour around that. Complacency might be the reason as you mentioned and that would even be worse for a big balla who suppose to be mature already. Give the hungry young balla them who improving a chance to run cause they see what's going on and know it's a problem. Big tings today United a go cut troat😂. Big up yuhself

That's because that is a way lower competition than UCL and it makes no sense risking injury. Plus younger players could get runs in those games. They were also in a top 4 chase so he had to be rested. You aren't rested in a game against Chelsea in my opinion you are dropped. If Leon is in form he starts against Chelsea it's that simple.

Leon only performs when his position in the team is under threat... the same thing happen at leverkusen... he started to perform when diaby arrived.. and it's the same for jamaica national team.. Leon need to work on his craft... he needs to own up to his career.. he can't be top level if he doesn't take his career serious.. Leon is the cause of his own dip in form.. he needs to work harder.. top level player work overtime.. even on the international break.. all.him want to do is party.. he ain't serious about football

I agree but I believe my thought is reality. Not every player is world class and most players that are average are inconsistent. So to get the best out of them competition for places is of the utmost importance. It's hard to be consistent without competition in any field unless you have killer mentality and world class drive which we all know Bailey does not have. With that said I'm not making an excuse for Bailey just merely pointing out the faults of his superiors.

Leon Bailey is just showing his true level..he is not a world class player contrary to what some Jamaicans would like to believe. His manager is always saying he will be better than Messi and Ronaldo but we knew that he was just talking out of his rear end because Bailey is nothing more than just an average player. I believe that the next match for Jamaica he should be dropped from the team and give a more hungry player a chance. I dont see him getting any better and the stupidness about him being young is a clowns thought. He is at his peak and will not be getting any better so we need to move on from him now and get someone who will represent Jamaica without dropping all over the field like a ripe mango. He is a total flop for Jamaica and pretty soon Villa will get rid of him..
