Hey I Wilton. The seen Track is Part of the "Hamburger Hafenbahn". It's an Servicetrack for the Containertransport in and out of the Habour. For the Reason, that the HPA and City of Hambourg is investing Money to modernizing the "Hafenbahn", many Parts are out of Service. Perhaps look at a Video with the new Kattwyk Rail-Lifting-Bridge.. It's brandnew. (Hansebube make the Shot in 2019) Have a nice Week and sorry for my bad english ^^
