@@dontmindmeimjustsomerandom5261 if you play in first person, you can see he is still breathing. However, he is likely in death throes (like Susan was after Micah shot her) It's basically where you're still alive, but can't be revived and death is inevitable. Makes mah boy Lenny's death hit harder
