Man, this was fun to watch because I've trained in the that very gym when it was Gold's Gym! Steve is a very good district judge, he will take time with you if he see's potential. Kai and I! Man we go way back when he was 19! We used to train together at 5TH Ave in Bklyn, but we also would check out other gyms in the city like once famous Johnny Lat's on the lower east side of Manhattan. Kai doesn't try to talk like he is smarter than everyone else like someone said on here, lol that's because you're no privy in knowing him. Kai as long as I have known him, and I've known since he was 19, has always been philosophical or on a higher frequency! He's a good person, great guy, introvert and awesome champion!

I think Kai is right. In some time Physique will outperform heavyweight in terms of popularity. Maybe moneywise for Mr.O will be the biggest prize but commercially the top 5 of Physique guys will get the best deals outside of competitions. More and more people thinks that heavies are just too much, world is going into the "healthy" good looking direction. It is what it is.
