Arteta team mate at arsenal was saying those days, they would watch games together I think replays. That Arteta would pause and rewind like ten times per half. He would point out where a certain player should have moved, what a certain player should have done with the ball etc, I would get bored of those pauses but M.A would be angry on each of those poses. Those are the things that Kai does right, occupying spaces we can't see even when there is no ball . Arteta knew there was something to exploit in Kai though I think he thought he would use those traits in Midfield. And may be he did those things but there was a missing piece in other places or what. Don't be surprised when arteta signs one player he needs and Kai goes back to 8 and excells at it

Kai was the one who helped Chelsea win the UCL Final. He was underrated before tbh, but now he is performing well and at a decent standard. We might laugh at Chelsea because Arsenal got a good player from them (and because of their current situation) but he wasn't a bargain at 65 mil. I would say it is a win-win for both the teams as one needed a good player and another wanted to get the money from that player (Kai). But i still think Kai is not a long term solution for Arsenal's problems up top. He might perform the best when he is paired with a good striker.

Arteta said in pre-season "we'll see where he plays best", he was signed for multiple positions, 10, 8 and 9, we've found his best position. He is the answer for Arsenal. People forget about his Leverkusen days, he was a generational talent and he was scoring around 15 goals a season even as a teenager. This year he has 12 in his first season. We've seen in the last month his creativity and dribbling returning and his finishing is getting better every game. He's only 24. Such a talent

Havertz is a strange one. He is not good in anything in particular but can play various positions in an " ok " way. He is not a dribbler or finesse player on the ball, looks clumsy and robotic at times but also is capable to play some nice passes. He is not scoring a lot of goals but he can provide some decent numbers. So in conclusion Havertz is not an outstandingly gifted footballer but gets many basics done. Sort of a VW Golf in car terms.

Mikel and his team have improved every single player’s shooting ability. Remember Havertz tame shots. Or Rice’s pure power and no curl. Odegaard and Saka never scored from long range outside the box. Now you are seeing finesse in each of our goalscorers. Havertz doesn’t aim for the corners anymore, merely watches the goalkeeper for weakness and positions it to make it as difficult as possible. Rice had a beautiful curler into the bottom corner with pace and power which was acrobatically saved Odegaard disguises his long range shots into far bottom corner Saka knows how to create that extra yard of space and has the confidence to hit top bins

I suspect that Rice was the Xhaka replacement and Havertz was signed as a forward but Partey's injury meant Rice played 7 and Havertz 8, until recently. Rice and Havertz both look comfortable in their current positions.

No it's not. CF is short for either centre-forward or complete forward. Ea decided to use CF for complete forward instead of the proper term Second striker/Shadow striker or SS for short probably because "SS" can be offensive to some people. But in reality a CF is either a complete forward who scores goals but also sets up goals kinda like Harry Kane or a centre-forward who is the centre most forward. Complete forwards, poachers/strikers target forwards and any other type of striker are centre-forwards.
