Kai Trump is 17 years old and is Donald Trump’s first grandchild, born on May 12, 2007. She is the firstborn child to Donald Trump Jr., Donald Trump’s eldest child, and Vanessa Trump, who were married from 2005 - 2018. They had five children together, which makes Kai an older sibling to four.
