The statless Special Summon bug can also happen with just 1 Special Summon on the bug turn. I've consistently had it trigger because I had Sangan and Witch destroyed in the same turn (on my opponent's turn), used Witch to fetch for Megacyber (Sangan doesn't matter, as long as it can search something I assume) and then Special Summon it on your next turn. Once you've done that, your current hand is bugged (Megacyber sometimes is, sometimes isn't). I don't know if it matters, but all these times I also had another Megacyber in my hand (I used Witch to search for a 2nd). I always Special Summoned the one I specifically added from Witch though (not the other due to not meeting the requirements anymore). It's really annoying, as I've quite often started with Mystic Tomato + Sangan/Witch in my hand while going first, and the obvious play is to get Tomato destroyed for the remaining fetcher, Set the 2nd, get them both destroyed, and then Megacyber can do its thing. But this bug just screws everything up by making stats all weird as well as even disabling effects (for example, when I Flip Summoned Mask of Darkness it briefly showed Nobleman of Crossout, and then it just did nothing (couldn't fetch a trap from the grave) and had no stats).

It exploded and then it exploded again. It's an unexpected bug I came across when playing around with cyber jar. The game doesn't seem to properly handle Kiaba destroying his own cyber jar in a similar way as it doesn't properly handle the player returning cyber jar to their deck after having it survive an attack resulting it becoming cloned being sent to both graveyard and deck as shown in one of my other videos on this channel: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZ2kmq2iosh2Y9U

Can someone explain how he manage to special summon La Jinn and the fiend mega cyber

La Jinn the Mystical Genie of the Lamp can be special summoned to the field when Ancient Lamp is face up on the field. The bug being that I special summoned so quickly the game treated one of my La Jinn's that got special summoned as a Fiend Megacyber card on the field until it tried to correct itself. Visually it fixed itself once it got to field fully, but data wise the cards were still out of sync. Both that one La Jinn and the Fiend Megacyber cards got put into a glitched state from this bug of special summoning multiple cards too fast. That's why when I tribute summon the Fiend Megacyber it's stats were not displaying like how that one La Jinn's stats were not displaying either.
