note that olive oil and coconut oil are comedogenic which means they can clog your pores, never use those directly on your scalp because the clogging of your pores will cause hair loss! other than that they are great for your hair strands alone. I love using olive oil for my pre poo i apply it on my dry hair then spray. with a bit of water and put it in a shower cap or bonnet until the next day when i wash my hair and it keeps my hair so moisturized even through shampooing

I'm similar to you in the way that coconut oil works for you . I don't use it for that reason either tho lol . I use coconut oil after taking out a long term protective style like box braids because it lets the shed hair come out easier so it doesn't bother me when I'm styling afterwards , and because it clumps with any flakes or dandruff and leaves my scalp clean and moisturized . I love your videos so much and you are my KZbin hair twin because we have similar hair types , same porosity , and our hair takes in the same oils . Much love ❤️ .
