I like the fact that the only reason Nino realised they got their account back is because of Gift Sub. I wonder if that person was just randomly giving the Gift Sub and it just gave Nino a sub (because they didn't have it due to ban but were a Mod so it allowed them to give it) or they tried to give Nino a sub and it worked. If the second is correct, how many times did that person try to give Nino a gift sub? We may never know, but hey - Nino is back, temporarynino is gone. For now.

Unless the violation is especially egregious it's more profitable for Twitch to simply turn a blind eye and have the streamer keep receiving donations/subscriptions/etc that they can take a portion of. On the other hand if somebody isn't generating that revenue stream and is only a viewer you can expect the ban hammer to fall swiftly.

I heard in one the streams like a Month ago that the word "Nino" means Kid in a different language, and when looking it up it by definition means "Child, or boy". And also the fact "Fudger" is probably in the Censors to equal "Fucker" as it's referring to, so that means the name kinda seemed like to Twitch he was trying to change it to "ChildFurryF*cker" sooooo I think I see where the ban might've come from. @kaif: Wouldnt pee in space boil? In a vacuum, the liquid would 'spread out' and become a vapor, thus boil? As air pressure drops, the temperature needed to boil a liquid becomes lower. Also, in a vacuum, the heat absorbed by the liquid from the sun would not be able to conduct away so in direct sunlight it would super heat up anyway. My take on the ban: Both parties are at fault. Rob initiated something that people might see as a dare but in reality is a bribe. Nino, out of his free will, accepted the money that led to him getting banned. Nino, knowingly or unknowingly, broke ToS which got him banned (can't say about other big streamers *cough*twitchpartners*cough*). Rob, knowingly or unknowingly, influenced Nino to do something against Twitch ToS. While not legally wrong - since Nino could've ignored the gifted subs - he still would have lost the moral high ground if he ever tried to dispute it. What Nino broke: Username creation - References to pornography, sexually explicit, and sexually suggestive content or behavior Specifically: Overt references to sexual fetishes
