I feel like each model has its own hidden stats... which is why Rob always makes it to 5/6 bullets and why he seems to get the devil card so much more often... It wouldn't be surprising to me if they did. As other games have done similar things.

Gang beasts did something similar. Each outfit had hidden stats. The funny part is the rhino outfit was buggy because of it and you'd often shoot into the sky because of it
