Sorry to hear your trouble in Air India . They should do something about airlines facilities, infra etc. Next time choose other flights. But It has some good points too,this is the airline which helped alot in many crisis like during gulf crisis,Ukraine crisis. And rule is rule. India has changed alot and still changing regarding luggage rules, discilpline and time. Even for domestic flight also we keep luggage less than that and we prefer to go 3/4 hours prior .pls dont mind.

Instead of luggage checking they are more concerned about how much more money they can take for extra luggage Even in metro city like bangalore, hyderabad they're giving relaxation for at least 1 kg...
