I lost my grandpa in September and then my grandma October. It is really hard losing them back to back I haven't had time to heal it's definitely an odd feeling and range of emotions hits you out of nowhere sometimes. Praying for you and everyone dealing with grief rn

My dad passed away in April 😢 Grief is a roller coaster. I had so much anxiety before and even after the funeral. It has gotten better but it has changed me . I started to value my time and how I let people treat me. I had so called friends that was rude to me especially when other people were around and would laugh it off as if it was a joke. I cut them off completely and went no contact.

My grandmother just passed in June and these are my first holidays without her and it’s been brutal. It’s so hard to be happy when I’m missing a piece of my heart. But I have children so I have to push through. I feel like I haven’t had the time to properly grieve. So I understand what you are going through.
