Chef, Kahit 100% no exercise basta dialed in sa diet, you will lose the weight. I had that journey. Is tarted at 225 just before the pandemic. Now down to 155 lbs. m not saying ti ignore working out. What Im saying is start with the diet first and slowly, reintroduce physical activity. And I know, it is frustrating. But its the journey that we should focus on and not the destination.
