- ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper diced
- ¼ cup Green Bell Pepper diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Spring Onion
- 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Oil For searing
For the sauce:
- 1 ½ cup Water
- ¼ cup Oyster Sauce
- ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Garnish
- Spring Onion
