3X Tor des Géants champion Franco Collé is recruiting for the “Fuga Training Shop 2023”!
Whether you begin trail running and aiming your first race, or you are Elite runner and running for the podium, the workshop is made for you.
5 workshops including 5 core topics of trail running:
1. The Uphill/Downhill techniques
2. Night running
3. Nutrition of trail running
4. Active recovery
5. Backpack preparing
From May to August 2023, in Aosta (Italy) and on the Tor des Géants race paths, this workshop takes place for 5 times. It is 100% for free and for runners of all level!
Sign up right now, and you will get notified if you are selected. 10 runners will be chosen for each workshop, 50 totally for 5 workshops.
