Dear Sir, This is a wonderful documentary on Kailash Yatra with clear guidance. Good thing the bathing in Manasarovar lake is banned from 2018. Had this been in effect in the year 2013, my mother who had been there took a dip and the moment she came to the camp died of pulmonary Edina. Now, I am thinking August could also be a good option seeing your video. And one more question...you have said you did 108 times pranayama 3 times a day. I am also starting to practice. Alternate nostril breathing of 4 count(inhale): 16 count(retention): 8 count (exhale) through both nostrils make one round. I am doing only 12 rounds once in a day. Do you mean doing this type of breathing 108 rounds? Or have I understood wrongly? Just anxious about getting prepared properly, as I want to do without the help of a horse. Thanks

@@sujathamanohar8775 - May 2019 will have more cold weather and lots of snow. You need more warm clothes in May than Aug. August is far far better because no snow and no rain. Cloud possibility also lesser. I strongly recommend End August early September. FYI - May is the very beginning of Kailash season and end September / early october is end of Kailash Yathra season. Yes. 108 Pranayamam a day. 33 in the morning 6.30 am 32 in afternoon and 33 in the evening 6.30 pm. Slowly do and steadily do like you have described. If you can do it with the long gayathri manthram like brahmins do it will be even better. KZbin has a lot of Pranayamam videos. Also in the medical shop you get a small equipment called Siprometer lung exerciser - for some 150 rupees even that can be used for breathing practice and enhancing the lung capacity. Try that. I used it just to be on safe side. Thanks Sir for the feed back. Just do 108 deep breathe exercise per day (Pranayamam) and generally walk 5 kms a day. Please eat normal food and keep good health that is all sir.. If you find it even little bit hard - Take horse and do not struggle. That is all sir.. all the best 👍

Same date like your travel, I had booked trave with Sadhguru group, could not make it due to personal exigency and had dropped of from Delhi. Nice Video Shankarnarayanji, reminded me of my yatra, I wish you undertake the yatra again ,when you should do Charansparsh,where on the 2 day of the yatra we trek to the foothills of Kailash and prostrate and embrace Kailash, It was the Ultimate Experience in my whole yatra, I felt I was touching Lord Shiva and felt the Ultimate Bliss.You should do it next time.The experience is so Divine that every time you think of the moment It fills your heart with Paramanandam.Aum Namah Shivaya.

Sir though I have seen so many videos of kailash manasarovar yatra so far this video of yours is a heart touching viewing with all your chanting of vedic mantras and beautiful video shoot clear picture though low voice your personal experience of Lord shiva parvati kailash mountain darshan. But we missed lake manasarovar night stars dipping in manasarovar lake view which is not shown in video. Hope you will upload.
