Personally I think that Addie has no manners. I feel like she’s nearly rewarded for being loud and brash and obnoxious because Leah always just laughs at her or allows her to misbehave instead of disciplining her. Plus Jeremy is never around to parent her either! If they aren’t careful, Addie will be a nightmare as a teenager imo (Also, please know that I’m not trying to bash a child either, I think Addie’s behaviour is directly linked to Leah and Jeremy’s parenting or lack thereof and could be as a result of her looking for attention from both of them. But even so, manners cost nothing and they should be taught to everyone from a young age)

My dad was very similar to Adam when I was growing up. However, my mom did a great job at leaving her own opinion to herself and allowing me to have my own relationship with my dad, even though he wasn’t always the best. I was able to form my own opinion about him, as opposed to going off what my mom thought. My stepdad also didn’t overstep boundaries either and understood a relationship with my dad and his family was important. I empathize with Aubree a lot and I hope Chelsea and Cole re-evaluate how they’re handling all this and how this could impact her in the long run.

Maybe I don't know grandma donna or how she'd react, but I feel like you have to at least try talking with her? I mean that text she sent chelsea literally showed willingness to talk. You have to at least try and if you don't, you can't get mad if she gets upset. Chelsea said that donna doesn't see her side but chelsea never puts herself in donna's shoes either. How might it turn out if chelsea said something like, "aubree really loves you very much. I appreciate how much you've been there for her. But she's getting older and wants to be with her friends on weekends. She wants to see you but not be forced to see you." But she has nothing good to say to her. And same for donna. She knows chelsea hates her so treats her accordingly. Not having a conversation does make chelsea look like she's attacking them. I can’t say i’d blame donna for getting upset. There are ways of getting what you want and softening the blow for donna at the same time. Remind her aubree has a phone now. You can text whenever you want or talk. You and aubree get to arrange things together. Etc. she’s just so mean and impersonal.
