I'd recommend taking everything out of the drawers and then cleaning each one with a wet wipe, then leave them open for quicker drying while you go through your things you want to keep and/or throw away. Once they've dried, you can put all your stuff back in. You'll find that everything is organized again *I also do this with my wardrobe
