Textbook, Rough paper and a Pen under moderate Lighting with no Disturbance and Well Fed Tummy. 2-3 hours study session with a clear goal in mind. Huge break with naps etc and then again 2-3 hour study session with clear goal in mind. Easy. You can add one more study session but two work best for me.
