They didn’t do auditions, they were playing music together because they missed each other - then they invited friends and musicians to jam and play, enjoy being musical - they realized when they were playing with Emily that it felt like Linkin Park to them, and the rest is history.

And it was luck, because Emily and her Band lives in LA too, to find such a Vocalist which fit it is pure Luck.

@@derblubbimspinat kismet that Emily wound up and jammed with them - if that hadn't happened, nobody would have anything to love (or complain about). Oddly, I don't think the complaints are any louder than they were with the last few album releases, but so far this is their most successful album release to date (and it's not even out yet)

Emily Armstrong is a new front vocalist of Linkin Park, but there's also new drummer Collin Britain. They both are amazing. "The Emptiness Machine" can be about the system of work, but it can also be, about trying to achieve the "promised" rewards from the parents and all the struggles that can come with striving for those rewards. Great reaction!😃
