First of all my gratitude to Anurag ji! I watched this video and implemented the same... I handled a 'situation' successfully. I run a rare tea shop that sells jaggery tea, coffee, Hunza Tea, Kashmiri Kahawa and other rare tea. I hired a local employee who turned out a to be a total crap with locals support... He also stole money. ..i didn't go to police... Nothing... I didn't even mention it to him... I handled the same way what Anurag ji suggested. Sir, does this method work on dealing with factory labor also. I am a business owner. Have around 10 people at my factory. But I am having a tough time dealing with them. Cud u suggest some time for that... Most of them do not want to work or work very limited. In spite of being paid very well, they make their unity and blackmail us.
