प्रत्येक श्वास के बाद माइक्रोसेकेंड के लिए विश्रांति का क्षण आता है, जब शरीर न तो श्वास ले रहा होता है और न ही छोड़ रहा होता है। उस क्षण पर ध्यान करने से एक कौंध का अनुभव होता है, इसे मध्यदशा भी कहते हैं, विज्ञान भैरव तंत्र में कहा गया है कि मध्यदशा के विकास से भैरवावस्था प्राप्त होती है। इस पृथ्वी पर उपलब्ध सभी ध्यान विधियों से इसी मध्यदशा का विकास होता है। इस विधि में भी जब पुस्तक श्वास के साथ ऊपर जाकर रुक जाती है और जब श्वास के साथ नीचे जाकर रुक जाती है तो एक सूक्ष्म कौंध घटित होती है जिससे मध्यदशा का विकास होता है।

If you're a beginner in meditation then it's common that you get thousands of thoughts, practice more and more slowly all thoughts will fade away

Because fifty years old means 50 years of mental conditioning not to mention the past lives conditioning. The dissolution of which is of paramount importance before conscious breathing and its attention is to finally work.

Mam, bas baith jaiye, koi effort mat lagaye , sirf baithne ki koshish kare, sirf baithne pr effort lagaye baaki jo ho raha hai hone de, usse pareshan na ho, thoughts ana prakariti ka niyam hai wo aynge, usse pareshan ho, thoguths ko rokne ki koshish bhi mat kare, agar bah jaye vicharo me to khud ko maaf kare har baar aur bas baithe rahe
