Electronic Music. You would have to find the right sub genre. The song is relaxing. Try for example space music a sub genre of new-age music. Same feeling that is comparable. You have vocals that are synthesized. Do you want singing? or instrumental only?. Idol Radio did a fusion with new- age music, and synthesized singing. It's only hard to find beside vocaloids. I can't find a song exactly with the same characteristics but I can in the vocaloid world Idol Radio is very comparable to other vocaloid songs. New Age Music is the relaxing friend of the Electronic Music genre. Does the song make you sleepy?. Then try Trance Music the sleepy family member of Electronic Music. Meteor By Hatsune Miku have the same characteristics I think you'd like. Vocaloids happendly love to fuse electronic characteristics alongside it's voice. I wish you luck on finding new music.

im 4 years late but this specific genre is called breakcore or even 90s/early 2000s uk garage I recommend artists like machine girl pink pantress and my!lane
