Understanding "Have been" using at place present perfect continuous sentence Thannilai(first person - I, We)& Munnilai (second person - You, They) "Has been" using at place present perfect continuous Patarkkai (Third person - He, She, It) "Had been" using at place past perfect continuous sentence With all subject.

This lesson is useful. Suggestion: what are the difference between these two sentences. (1) I have never been to Paris (2) I have been never to Paris. I have a doubt never can be used in between helping verb(have) main verb (been). Please explain and clarify for Tamil translation for two sentences.
