*What is the Nutrition Talk?*
In collaboration with "Koyuraya," we provide "Budo Meals" using fresh local ingredients without any additives or chemical seasonings. During the lunch talk, Kendo player Kazutani and Koyuraya’s owner, Mr. Komura, will delve into topics like food selection, nutritional balance, and the importance of nutrition for strength.
