These pieces are sometimes decorated with edible silver foil.

We made it yesterday, came out very good. Cost is very economical compared to market price. While mixing one should be very careful. Very good thing is we can add sugar according to one's choice if we prepare in home. We added home made desi ghee little extra, so it sticks to hands little bit.

Ghee when to add ?? And did you added milk powder or full kaju powder ?? The sugar have to equal to kaju powder ?? So how much water ?

@@twinklemalhotra729 We used 300gm kaju, 150gm sugar, half cup water. After adding kaju power with sugar syrup ( water+sugar in pan) in low heat it should be made like atta dough ( like we prepare for roris) . To that mixture you can add 2-3 spoons of ghee. And knead it very well. It make take some time to get harder depending on temperature. We greased molding pan with ghee also. It took nearly 6 hours to become perfect texture.
