Hello sir .today I tried kaju katli....came out very well....taste also good . after cutting into diamond it started oozing sugar which is so sticky . Don't know what to do. Shape is good but very soft and sticky bcoz of sugar it seems . Plz give suggestion sir. Ippo Enna panarathu ....how to make this pieces hard without sticky .....(shall I keep this in fridge for a while to make hard .).plzzz reply sir
