Kakamega and Kisumu are the most orderly urban areas in East Africa after Kigali Rwanda.

Kakamega Should start the process of looking for a city status as it has what it takes to be a great city just like Kisumu City in Kenya and Kigali in Rwanda. Paved and clean roads traverses the whole town.
