Nice boat. I want one for camping trips, plenty of room, stable and high weight capacity. Enjoy.

Camping is one of the applications where I believe the Zulu will work fantastic! The Zulu is EXTREMELY stable! While standing up I can pick my 6 year old daughter (50lbs+10lbs for wet life jacket) out of the water and then pick her up over my head and throw her back into the water(she obviously wants me to do this and we do in a safe manner), and I still have no worries about stability! This also works well as a family rig to bring your kids out, significant other, or dog, or as a swimming or diving platform, and also something that can be used to rescue people who capsize or slip off huge rocks in the river(don't ask me how I personally know this..lol):) Last week my 19 year old son was in the Zulu, and I was in my daughters kayak(was my throw and go till she claimed it) in the Mississippi, and as I was messing around my son ended up hitting the back end of the kayak I was in, and the Zulu actually rode up and I over my kayak and capsized me, so I pulled myself up onto the Zulu and then pulled my kayak over and used the Zulu to get back into my kayak..lol.. Again, VERY versatile:)

Sarge, Did the native sidekick mount using existing great track? Or did it require putting some new holes in the kayak? Also are you still using it? Or have you found something else to aid in transport?

Yes I trailer it now as with the Xi3 motor on it... the Sidekick wheels broke out of the tracks during the first use. I used a Wilderness Cart for the first year but, Trailer is definitely the way to go.

I put my offset paddle holder on the Handle track, I've found that works best:) I 100% agree and can attest to it's weight, it is definitely NOT something 1 guy wants to move around by himself! It's an absolutely amazing kayak and Very Versatile!:) I'm going to get a Crescent CK1 Venture for a quick throw and go:)
