Ingredients for Shekla Traditional Gujarati snacks:-
¾ Cup Chickpea Flour
¼ Cup Semolina (Suji)
3 tbsp Yogurt (Dahi)
¼ Cup Water
Salt to Taste
¼ tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 Dice Green Chilli
Pinch Turmeric Powder
1&½ Cup Cooked Rice
½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
Pinch Baking Soda
White Sesame Seeds for topping
Making Garlic Chutney
¼ Cup Garlic Clove
¼ Cup Jaggery
2-3 tbsp of Lemon juice
