Lovely recipes, well explained. I enjoy making jowar rotis and use more jowar flour and rice flour in thalipeet. One simple recipe I also make for instant hunger is a porridge of jowar flour. Give tadka of mustard seeds, jeera, cut green chillies, curry leaves and hing. Add 2 cups of water and some salt and bring to a boil. In half a cup of water, add 4 tbsp jowar flour and mix thoroughly to pouring consistency. Add a little water if necessary. After water comes to boil, slowly add this mixture and stir continuously till it thickens and the color changes from white to pink. Simmer for 2 minutes and keep covered for 5 minutes. Then add chopped coriander and serve. It taste good with buttermilk or yoghurt. You can adjust the consistency to your liking.

All Recipes are Delicious. Sometimes I make recipes 2 (muthia) and recipe -3 (thepla) but I never no about jawar noodles and recipe 4. We make recipe 4 with wheat flour but I definitely try recipe 1 and 4. Thanks for sharing delicious recipes

nice recipes, clear instructions and the most important point I noticed, no rings, neatly maintained nails, no nail polish. Wishing you geat success. I must say. The work with noodles is amazing. I never knew we could make such noodles too. I'm on a intermedient diet. I was craving for something, junky. Omg! This noodles taste so good. Thank god..Being Marathwadians we have everyday's dinner which includes recepies full of jowar..(sorghum) शेंगोळे v prepare differently.( Crushed chilli n all along with salt v mix in flour..No salt in water..) Anyways nice recipes..
