Dont add jeera a tip for uh just try it once without jeera and take everything in paste like onion and tomato just add a bit khade masale and it will enhance the taste sooo much ❤ do try it out

You can boil kale chane before and mix it to the masala. Give it a boil on medium heat for 4-5 mins the cooking time will reduce

You can soak a fist full of chana in cold water for at least eight hours (overnight). If you are soaking them in warm water, then four to five hours are enough.
