You can use any milk, but for creamy texture it's better to use full cream milk as it will give you creamy khoya😃🤗

Hi ma'am good evening. I saw ur recipe and liked a lot. Even tried today. For me while making paneer... big chunks were not formed on the contrary small small were formed. I stay in Kuwait so used long life milk means full fat milk... I had put vinegar. It took a long time to cook the final product. Almost 2 hours. I had doubled the ingredients. Still thank you for the recipe 😊

I tried it today, um! I had a slight issue 😩 don't know where I went wrong! It was good but after 5 hours setting in fridge, it was still soft and breaking at touch. 🤔 I'd also like to know a recipe with the remaining paneer water please.

Keep in the airtight container and you can keep it at room temperature also, as weather is pleasant right now. If it's very hot then I suggest you keep it in the refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before eating. So it's soft
