Rajakaluve was a erstwhilw waterning channels to riparian/ achkat area to grow paddy ..to paady fiekds beliw the lakes. Since BWSSB is releasing the untreated sewarage water to these lakes and channels/ rajakaluves ..what purpise tgese lajes serve with the layout coming in the achkat/ riparian areas..and seepage of sewarage water has destroyed the purpise of lakes as neither it charges pure water to nearby wells or paddy is grown..it is better to fill these lakes within the bbmp limits and covert in to layouts..so that flooding from filled tanks could be eliminated. It is better the clise the lakes.

Very good video. We want this series please. We want help from BBMP authorized planer to get home plan. I heard that in 30*40 site to get building plan we need to pay 150000 Rs, not sure how much bribe and other details.

Official use the Century old rules.. To exploit general public at large.. 1) bda issue 600 sft land.. And say contruct in 350 sft building.. 2) practically speaking not a single 600 sft land bda site is built as per bylaws 3) 1200 sft or below same land does nt need any noc for getting electric connection / drainage etc soo no one is gonna follow it 4) 10 years down the line govt is regularise same building at huge Penalties
