Kalamay ube a Delicious chewy snack made of purple yam and coconut

heres the recipe we use in this video
recipe for topping
2 cups pure coconut milk (kakang gata)
for kalamay
750grams glutinous rice flour
250grams rice flour
4 cups coconut milk (combination of 1st and 2nd milk)
500 grams white sugar
2 cups ube halaya (store bought or homemade)
1-2 tbspn ube flavor (ube flavorade by bakersfield)
banana leaves

Approx lang ha.... Yung Isang packet Ng glutinous rice is 1/2 kg which is equal to 500 grams; therefore 1 and 1/2 packet of glutinous rice. I do not have scale.
