the upgrade cost is alot lower, you more than likely have a weapon from raid or m+ that lowers flighstone cost and removes crest cost from some of the upgrades

I think the chosen ring is the buy considering how hard it is to get, I’m exclusively pushing high keys in destro though and considering weapon too as I’ve had 0 luck with weapons 😂

Helmet can proc Eronag ring, but it's rare. I got that ring just like in s1 on my SP, but havent got on lock and it procs, rarely. It does less around 900 dps in overall m+. So pretty bad. On warlock, this ring is actually super good, I think I take it this week. Also, we had vault this week from the raid that gave you rewards based on all of your expansion clears. Bit weird if you ask me, seeing esence in my vault when I was hoping for Eranog ring, lol.

Personally i'm f**King done with belor trinket. Yeah I know it does a metric ton of damage, but as a caster I"m so damn tired of having to move into melee and tp out, blink out, or whatever. I would rather take the dps hit, and get beacon of the beyonder. and be able to just stand and cast from range. Or i'd rather have a stack stick trinket and let that be that.

I got a hero Seal of Filial Duty from my Black Temple run the first week and got the Quake detecting hero staff from raid, so I guess I should just focus on trinkets for starters, right? Logically makes most sense and then circle back to Nymues staff once I get both trinkets.

It makes sense considering raids usually deliver 90% of the story's most important moments, but I hadn't even killed Raszageth before the raid was fated! I do wish there was any important lore at all in the regular sized dungeons. They're just glorified quests with a pretty door.😞

what about the aberrus trinket that gives massive main stats when using your cooldown? wouldnt you want to insta buy that for m+ as destro lock/ele sham/windwalker? dont think sims take into account the stacks ramping up over the course of the dungeon

An important note: Stat priorities for specs are polar opposites now for Demo and Destro/Aff. While the Shield Ring aka Filial Duty is not a crazy dps upgrade for Demo, it IS a big upgrade and one of the best stat rings for Destro being Haste with heavy Mastery. For example, the ring maxed out is only simming at around 800-1000+ dps for Demo for me. However, it is a MASSIVE 8000 DPS increase for me on Destro due to stat weights, so if you are Destro gamer and are getting maybe beat up a bit in early season keys or raiding...it's a really great option since you get both a BiS ring AND a huge shield. It's also great for Aff.

eranog ring shouldt be too hard to get at mythic ilvl because it first boss. I think belorelos is suncaller I would get it instead because it prob harder to get at mythic ilvl unless you mythic player

You can compare it yourself assuming you have it. In Droptimizer, check the box to make your equipped gear now the same ilvl as what you're simming. Pick 515 since that's the max Iridal can go now, and compare that to max ilvl version as well assuming you'll get the resources to upgrade staff all the way.

ashes of embersoul is simming by far ahead of every other trinket for me as destro. assuming i get irideus fragment at some point, should i hold out on that other trinket slot of a belorelos or something? im a m+ player btw dont care much for raid. also the shield ring is simming higher dps for me than the dmg proc ring so idk if im doing something wrong or what lol

Kalamazi is there anything you've seen where they'll add back to Destro to make it fun again? without Madness of Azj'aqir chaos bolt feels bad and the spec is just too easy. Also with Demo, wondering if you've provided any feedback for them to rework it again.
