Madam, during this dormant period, the plant leaves are dropping. I am spraying fungicide once in a month but there is no fruitful result. Please suggest the remedy, to come out this situation. Another thing can you suggest any fertilizer during dormant period.

Nice video explaining how to take care kalanchoe plant. Nurseries, they sell the plant in clay soil. As you told in one of your video, I taken out the plant from pot & kept it in water to remove the soil without damaging the roots & reported with the soil mix as you suggested & watered it & sprayed fungicide on leaves. I have not pour water afterwards but unfortunately the stems are falling one by one. Please clarify how to come out this situation. Is there any method for repotting?Another thing how to identify perennial or anual plant. One more thing other than winter & spring, can I keep the plant in dark for about 12 to 14 hours per day.

Dear Venu, Thank you for your kind appreciation. Excuse us for the delay in reply. Please do remember that the plant should spend few days in the same pot when you brought untill it is used to your environment. Considering that you have done the same so that the leaves dropping may not be because of shock.so the reason could be exposure to over water. Already you soaked the plant not sure how much time it took.As it is succulent variety it shouldn't have soaked much.after this the roots might have absorbed more than enough water. There after you sprayed fungicide. Any new repotted plant will have good defence system for few days. So it was unnecessary for the plant to apply fungicide immediately.Coming to fungicide application you should spray in the morning and keep the plant where there is good amount of air flow.So thet the solution doesn't settle on the leaves and causes leaves drop. Kalanchoe plant is a perennial plant. Coming to blooming. To promote blooming you have to keep the plant in dark . Once you see the buds coming out you can take the plant outside of the dark room or dark setup and can keep the plant where there is bright light. Coming to watering also never water kalanchoe on the leaves . Treat the plant as succulent.you can see how to water a succulent video that I have already made .Hope I answered all your queries .. @@venurao9911 Hi whenever you find the plant is in good condition but not blooming then you can follow the process.you keep in dark untill you see the buds coming up.After that you can bring back to normal place.

Cow manure ante aged cow dung aged ante minimum 6months aite bavuntundi.meru potting mix lo 1/4th add cheyachu. And yeah you can grow the plants in indoor providing the required sunlight.It increases the beauty of interiors alot. Happy gardening.
