sad people can't understand a person living in the moment absolutely enjoying what they're doing, making whatever movement their body makes. It's absolutely beautiful. Leave them to wallow. Engaging them here won't help them.

That was SO cool. My facial expressions as I watched were matching the drummer's the whole time! I loved the almost video gamey synth basslines, felt like I was inside some super moody atmospheric retro RPG whilst fricken groovin' out. LOVED IT

Anna Kalmia...she may be a genius and no one has figured that out yet. Her music is elite. It is complex and somehow still simple. Cyclic at times yet ever intriguing. The harmonies are just as lush as the melodies. You turkeys need to catch hold of this gold.

I enjoyed it. It was like a comfortably dressed "structured" jam session. The formula that these 4 have put together seems to make them happy and has taken them this far. Everyone in this group got to express themselves and that brought each other's individual joy to the forefront. They gave me joy by being exactly themselves.

That's her sober. She's insanely quirky. At her sisters wedding we just lied in the grass and she just rolled around and giggled. Also, he survived breast cancer and is growing her hair out. She plays like 9 instruments.

I wonder how many people left bad comments without listening to the 2nd and 3rd songs. The first song was understandably off putting for some, but the last two were quite melodic. They are obviously talented composers and have very nice voices too.

I loved this, it's so chill and fresh. I was hesitant for way too long before watching it, i just didn't expect this to be any good as I find Rubblebucket to be very dull. Turns out she really shines when she's not drowning in Rubblebucket's obnoxious arcadefireesque trumpets. So glad she moved on.

With the addition of the sax on the first track, I get a very Rah Band/Swing Out Sister but then they also have this avant-garde vibe that you'd get from the likes of Laurie Anderson and even a slight bossa nova hint. I dig 'em.

Don't really get all the hate. Doesn't even sound all that strange to me. If you have an easy time understanding a band like Dirty Projectors this shouldn't be less far out there to you. Anyway, I get if people don't like it. Subjectivity is a thing, but haven't seen the npr comments be this mean spirited in a while.

I love the freshness of it. What a great change up from a Martin picked combined with some vocals .... not that I don't also love that but this is great. So it was like thinking it is hot and stagnant out and open the window and there is a cool breeze that blows the blinds in the rhythm of life...

I watched this the first time and was honestly really weirded out. But something about them was so unique I had to find more about them. I watched other videos about them and I really came to an understanding of what they do and why they do it. So I came back to this video and it all connected. These guys are truly extremely unique and have a very distinguished sound. I really like that.
