Kalderetang Kambing || Goat Kaldereta Recipe

This are videos of my own style in cooking different Filipino foods that I really like and I know a lot of pinoys like it too in any part of the world. I just wanted to share some of my little techniques in cooking which is pinupulsuhan ko lang hahaha. I am hoping that you will like it and support it.
Kalderetang Kambing Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kl Goat Meat
1 medium size potato
1 medium size carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 green pepper
1 can green peas
30 ml Butter
3 small bay leaves
300 g tomato sauce
3 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp brown sugar
1 can liver spread
5 clove of garlic
1 onion
Boiling meat:
1/2 tsp peppercorn
2 thumb size ginger (crushed)
