I love how simple and healthy this is! I like when you use your fun whisk when you make salad dressings haha. Can you please show some more variations of one bake dishes, just like your roasted chicken and butternut squash recipe! Had it for dinner, was a fab mix of flavours. I added the cranberries and used spinach instead of Kale because that's what I had. Never thought I'd say that about a salad, this weight loss journey is taaaaatay! Cheers luv :)

So funny that kale is such a hype now in the US. Here in Holland it's eaten as an old-fashioned, really Dutch dish called 'boerenkool' (farmers kale). It's like a mash where you boil the potatoes and kale together, then mash it up with butter and milk (and a little bit of nutmeg and salt/pepper) and serve it with smoked sausage (rook worst, which is similar to a german sausage). Used to hate it as a kid lol!

Hi! Where I live in the U.S., kale is eaten in soup and is usually known as "portuguese soup," sooooo delicious. You are right though, kale has become the new spinach, so to speak.....lol I do enjoy kale so much and it is especialy fantastic for women because of the "folic acid," and other healthy nutrients (my blood work was top knotch after a little less than a month of eating kale twice a week). Your recipe sounds wonderful, potatoe and kale is a great combination, and I think eating it with smoked sausage is good. I would like chourice usually eaten in kale soup, but I'd try a different smoked sausage to, maybe polish Kielbasa. I never heard of rook worst though! Thank you for the recipe!!!

To me it tastes like a leafy version of broccoli, but better! Try it!! I was always wary and now I can't go to the grocery store without buying it. My 8 yr old ( who hated anything green!) loves it and begs for kale sometimes! :)

if you have children, mashing boiled potatoes with cooked kale is very hearty if you live in a cold place...I usually add a bit of nutmeg, it also helps keep you happy in the short winter days.

Hi, for my son raw kale my be to hard to chew so he may give up eating, which is no good. I thought that hot water will be a good idea to make it softer. Can you tell for how long i should keep kale in at hot water so it will be good and will not loose all its nutritions? Thank you Ps.: Love your channel

A great creamy dressing for this if y'all wanna try is:- A quarter of an avocado, a splash of orange juice, lemon juice, whole grain mustard, honey, salt & pepper, evoo, garlic glove Pulse in a food processor or a blender and all done! you can adjust the ingredients to your liking and consistency :D
