All you need for this recipe is 1 bunch of organic kale
1-2 T olive oil
1/2-3/4 tsp Tabasco Salt
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees.
Wash and dry kale leaves.
Remove the leaves from the stems and tear according to the video instructions.
Arrange leaves on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on the salt.
Using your hands, toss the kale till well coated.
Place in the oven and bake for 10 mins. to start.
At 10 mins. remove from oven and toss again the return to the oven for 5-10 more minutes, checking every 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven when all the chips are crispy and bright green. Don’t cook them too long, the burn quickly.
Store in an airtight container on the counter. You can re-crisp them in a toaster oven if needed just keep an eye on them. Remember, they burn quickly.
